Well Toe, it's obvious you haven't sent for your Dick Tracy mitrochondrial decoder ring yet! Just hold it up to within 100 yards of the bird and it will determine for you the exact subspecies of any bird! Takes away all the guess work. . . . Also works for Lepidotera, Odonata, Herps, etc. Am I getting old or what? BTW, I have no affiliation with this company!
