From what I gather, the Pacific races (now species) of the Winter Wren are mostly resident while the eastern races of Winter Wren are more migratory.
I wouldn't be expecting vagrant Pacific Wrens in Florida anytime soon, although I imagine that the eastern races of Winter Wren might be a potential vagrant in the Pacific Northwest.
