I am here in Naples right now posting what I have seen today. I will be here until Sunday. So far I have 55 birds, including a lifer. I started out with Miami birds that could not be found in Naples: Spot-breasted Oriole, Common Myna, Orange-winged Parrot, and Yellow-chevroned, White-winged, and Monk Parakeets. I also got White-winged Dove. Along the Tamiami, many waders were found, anhinga, cormorants, both vultures, killdeer, red-shouldered hawk, shrik, barn swallow, 2
white-eyed vireos singing very pretty.

In Naples, 8+ Swallow-tailed Kite, Brown Thrashers, Blue-gray Gnatcatchers, Gray Kingbird, Snowy egret, Willet, Least Terns and Great-crested Flycatchers.
I also got my lifer on Tarpon Drive where I found plenty of Rose-ringed Parakeet. Thanks to Vince and Mrs. Hout for the great help and directions.

Right now I am in a house in the wilderness listening to the Chuck-will's Widow call. Ahhh, I love Naples.
