I am heading out to the Flamingo camp site in the Everglades for two days of tent camping later this week, my first time there, and I think that is the same area you are talking about. I wonder if anyone has any tips for this area or ENP in general. I have an inflatable kayak and wonder if I can convince my wife to brave the gators to find birds.
