My backyard list and a supplier question

Hi all! I am excited, as I believe this counts for my backyard list - as I was pulling into my garage this morning, I saw a wood stork flying low overhead - that counts, right?

My backyard list not includes:
Green Heron
Little Blue Heron
Great Blue Heron
Great white egret
Mottled Duck (and moscovie and mallard)
tricolor heron
osprey
black and turkey vultures - in numbers in the winter
purple martins that migrated through and spend a half hour or so by our lake
one of the migrating swallows - for a few days, I think but I am not sure which
blue jay and mocking bird
the blue faced parrot/parakeet
and then I have seen finch sized birds and a warbler that I have neither been able to ID or photograph

I am thinking I should have a purple martin house and a feeder back there - any suggestions on where to get them?
