Are you sure about the cherubfish (aka pygmy angel)?
That would be an unusual find but really really cool! What kind of substrate did you see it in? Broken coral pieces in the sand? patch reef? Is there a decent patch reef there? Did you look for jawfish in the sand? (I've often found pygmy angels and jawfish in the same area in the Bahamas)
I've never been out there,not even to see the island ruins,former Dade County seat and all...
But you sure have sparked my interest.
