Here are four more shots of the same bird. Unfortunately it was backlit and I was looking in the direction of the sun, but the tail is well-seen and would be consistent with MOWA (Yellow Warbler tail is yellow to the tip.) I too was bothered by the fact that the bird stayed 20 - 25 feet up on the trees and never came anywhere close to the ground where you would expect Oporornis species to be.
