I'll stick my neck out. The eyering doesn't look right for Mourning Warbler for one thing. Also, what experience I remember about MOWAs is that they generally don't wander around in trees i.e. they prefer ground level vegetation. I'm going to say this may be a Yellow Warbler of some unknown (to me) subspecies, but I'd like to see more pics. It does appear that the bird has yellow undertail coverts so that kinda limits the choices of what it could be.
