Has the Red-footed Booby been seen since the 27 April 2008 report?

Hello. I am considering heading to the Dry Tortugas for a three day birding trip to locate the Red-footed Booby that has been reported there. Has this bird been seen since Murray Gardler s report on 27 April 2008? If so, I would greatly appreciate any information. Thanks, John
