The First Annual TAS Lizard Ramble was held today in Bill Baggs Cape Florida SP. Joining me were 23 fantastic participants who brought with them both patience and good humor. A Merlin tried to distract us with his aerial displays but we only fell for it 3 times. We had great looks at Brown, Carolina, Bark and Knight Anoles. John, Tom and Joel photographed a mystery guest in the Youth Camping Area so we look forward to its ID. Eight of us topped off the day with a great stop at the new Virginia Key Ecosystem Restoration Area.

We didn't have many birds but we sure had a great time. Thanks, gang -- you're the best!
