I have my pair of cardinals and the woodpeckers ( red bellied) and mockingbirds at the suet feeders.
The grackles are a pain, though, but I do have a red shouldered hawk or 2 who seems to at least scare them off. There are way too many of them and they will eat until the seed is GONE!
In addition, I have the hummer, the SB orioles and the occasional cat bird and palm warbler!
We all do what we can to preserve our wildlife, but sometimes wildlife will just do what it pleases!
