Hello,
my name is Corentin, I am 15 and I come to Miami from October to November for one week. I think from 22 Oct to 3 november (my parents know the date).
I'm searching for any birders around Miami because I don't know the Neartics birds and the areas for to watch the birds in South Florida. In France (I live in Britany, at 20 km to Island Ouessant if you know...) I birdwatch with the bests birders of France, we search the rares birds and we seawatch anytime.
So I come to Miami for to see the maximum species, to learn about the sandpipers & gulls (warblers, etc..) of North America 'cause the ring-billed gull for exemple is a rare bird in Europe and it's difficult for find him.
I will like (I thought) a birder or any birders will come to take me the morning, at my appartement, and we go birdwatching anywhere for the morning or the journey (day) (I've food for 12 o'clock). It will be very good for me !
And in the future if you make this, I could help you if you come to France :)
I was to Florida in the February 2007 but it was bad for the birdwatching, I was alone and it was very difficult for to know a "spot" (you know spot ?) and identified the birds.
My english isn't very good, I want to speak english and I can speak with somebody.
