The zoo has already said it isn't their bird. The problem is; where are all the captive birds kept. Are the old race track in Hialeah and the zoo the only ones keeping Flamingos in our area? I would be happy to contact them all if I had a way to get a list of those keeping Flamingos in South Florida.
