Folks,
get up and go see this bird! Remember that the Bahamas are not to far from here (aren't we getting easterly winds now?). Also, take good notice of the bird's coloration, it reflects its diet. I've never seen the ones in Hialeah Racetrack so I can't compare. The ones at Metrozoo are fed a special diet which would give them, correct me if I'm wrong, a strong salmon color.
I'm putting this species on my B.A.B. (Bad-*ss-Birder) list, I invite you all to do it too. You know how I feel about this: Wild until proven escapee!
