Great pix. With zero experience with the species, I'll guess what you probably already suspect (or know): Florida's first Cassin's Vireo.
Cassin's Vireo has a tendency to vagrate to the northeast (c.f. Sibley 1983) and probably should have been predicted to occur in Florida eventually.
I appreciate that you refer to this bird simply as "vireo" until the ID can be determined with certainly.
