I'll throw in my 2 cents, as I was browsing this board in preparation for a trip to FL next month.
Cassin's Vireos are a yard bird in my neck of the woods (Western Washington state) - at least in the summer. The bird in the photo doesn't look right for Cassin's to me. It looks too brightly colored overall, especially the amount and intensity of yellow on the flanks. Also there is lots of contrast between the crown color and the back. I think of Cassin's as being less colorful and more "blended" looking than the bird in the photo.
