I am an Oregon birder, SW coast. My travels around Oregon take me over to the east side where Plunbeous can be found. On the west side there are lots of Cassin's in the summer. This bird looks strikingly like a vagrant I'd like to find in SE Oregon, a Blue-headed. Photos can be really tricky sometimes, but there should be no contrast at all between the head, nape, and back as previously mentioned. This bird sure looks like there is some noticeable contrast between the head and back.

I need a trip to Florida to dry out and warm up, but it doesn't look to be in the cards (dang).
