Maybe we can start a florida hummingbird feeding trail!
I have three HBs in my yard in the Redland ,east of Krome, and have introduced feeders at the homes of two friends ,west of Krome,.
One has three to four HBs and another has at least one regularly (and boy they and their families are just THRILLED to be HB hosts!!!)
{As a side note, I got a very nice thank you email a couple of years ago from a friend's husband-seems that since I had introduced her to Hummingbirds she had taken to running naked into the yard every morning when she heard the hummers chatter at her feeder.He didn't care much about the birds, but they sure made him happy with his wife :) }
Anyway, back on track, we have Georgiana in the Falls, Me and friends in Redland and Larry in Homestead .Seems like a good start to a hummer trail, just need some Keys folks to join in...
Then we wait for the Woodstar and Cuban Emeralds...
