dead endangered bird

What is the appropriate thing to do with the carcas of a White Crowned Pigeon I found this morning. It appears to have run into a building and broke its neck.

The body is in good shape and I would like to see that it goes to a collection or maybe could be stuffed for one of the universities in the Miami area.

If someone could contact me off line and give me some guidance I would appreciate it.
