I did a Management Plan review for Picuyane Strand a couple years ago and part of that process involved a field trip to the various habitats. I remember having to go on a half-track vehicle to the northwest section of Picayne, a few miles south of I-75, over some pretty inaccessible ground. The staff leading the trip explained that just west of us were the areas with RCW clusters. I never got close enough to actually see them, but they are there. I don't think this area is within reach of most birders, including myself. I don't have the actual plan with me now, but I'll take a look when I get back to the office and if I see a way in to that location I'll let you know. Otherwise, you can always contact the Picayne staff directly and they might give you up-to-date locations. Hope this helps.
