The WESP was near the W end of Loxahatchee RD, on an artificial plateau (that may be about 60 years old). The plateau abuts the S side of Loxahatchee RD & abuts the W side of the very tall north-south Levee-36. The plateau is even taller than the tall Levee. The plateau is covered with mowed grass/forbs & has a very tall Norfolk Pine, large dusty oak, Sabal Palms, fig trees, & utility poles. The WESP was photographed in a small fig tree on the S edge of the plateau, immediately W of the 2 portable toilets.
