L31-W Canal 11/30/14: Car break-in, Vermillion Flycatcher reported not seen, Tropical Kingbird yes

Dear Fellow TAS Boarders:

I am writing to regretfully inform you that my car was broken into at the L31-W canal while my son and I were looking for the Tropical Kingbird and Vermillion Flycatcher. Please do not repeat my mistake of even moving things to the trunk of your cars out there.

Fortunately, my son and I are fine, and very little was lost.

Two groups of birders reported that they were unable to locate the Flycatcher. Perhaps it is some consolation that we were able to observe and photograph the Kingbird.
