Empidonax sp. ID Help

Good day. This morning on Shark Valley's west road, I had the good fortune to come across some type of flycatcher. It had a bright white eye ring, faint white spectacles and fairly bright clean wing bars. I recorded the call, but for the life of me I can't match it to my satisfaction to any Empidonax species. It was perched inside a thicket of willows.
