Thanks so very much for having a listen. The bird was about 10-12ft away and I was wielding my iPhone and binoculars simultaneously, so the recording is admittedly lacking. The bird wasn't all that loud even in person. I was leaning towards Alder myself, I'll try tomorrow to relocate the bird. Thanks again, I appreciate the help.
