I should have stuck to my instincts after all. The way it was acting during hunting flying erraticaly was reminiscent of the Arctic Tern I had captured a few weeks ago on the very same location. Looking on page 202 of the Peterson's Field Guide to Birds of North America I do see the visual differences. I have learned that when I see frosty inner primaries and whitish below I can safely identify the tern as a Forster's.
I am wondering what that black marking I see on the right wing of the bird. Is it the beginning of carpal bar development?
