Hello Marcello,
Your bird is a Common Tern in alternate plumage. Three field marks rule out Forster's:
1) the tail pattern of dark outer and white inner feathers (opposite in Forster's;
2) the gray body contrasting with the white "collar" below the blackcap; and
3) dark primaries visible from above and below.
