Josh, you bring up a lot of points which are exactly why I posted this. Simple stuff. All cats don't roam, unnuetered males roam. In any cat species. I don't have any of those. My cats are well fed, they hunt for sport, so I see what they catch. Do you want to talk about birds or brown anoles? I come to conclusions by simple deductive reasoning. If I have a healthy population of loggerhead shrikes or black racers or marsh rabbits and they occupy the same farm as the cats and notice no decrease in population over a decade or so, I do conclude that all is well. When we create habitat and see birds and animals on the property that we never saw before, it's a safe conclusion that we have added species. Fair enough?
