I visited A.D. Barnes on 4/23 from 1:30-4:30. I came up with thirteen warbler species, the best being a male Magnolia near the fountain.

I did find/refind the lone female bunting on the east side of Homeless Hammock. Assuming this was the same bird as yours from 4/22, I identified it as a female Indigo. It did have very prominent wingbars and had fairly warm brown tones, but I did see streaking when I had looks from it's front. It's call matched up with Indigo, as well.
