Went to various locations this weekend Echoing other recent posts

Spanish River on Sunday afternoon I had:
At least five dozen Blackpolls - almost all males
12+ Black-throated Blue Warblers (two females only)
Several Ovenbirds
One Prairie
24 B&W Warblers (most all males)
A few Parulas (mostly males)
A few American Redstarts - males dominant

Later at the Boynton Inlet
Remember last week when I posted one single Whimbrel. I posted it because I thought it was a good bird. Truth be told, the bird appeared out of nowhere and when I spotted it was already passing me. It was windy, the ocean was rough, and the lighting poor. A recipe for not so good image. This time around, I spotted 8 of them in a distance and the light was better and other conditions just fine. So in this shot you can see all 8 clearly and with a better resolution. What else?
Northern Gannets are still coming through in groups of 8 or so. A few times you see one or two individuals. They were mostly flying low. Various stages were seen.
About 10 Sandwich Terns
A few Ring-billed Gulls (hadn't seen them in awhile)
36 Brown Pelicans - a third of them had breeding colors going on
12 Least Tern
18 Royal Terns - mostly lacking black cap (immature & non-breeding adults)
2 Herring Gulls ( earlier stages).

Everglades National Park: Saturday
I was almost eaten alive at Snake Bight ( should be renamed Mosquito bites). I knew they are bad but did not anticipate them being so aggressive. They literally carry me back to my car and got into it as well. Part of the experience and nothing is always that perfect. At least I tried .
Saw many Indigo Buntings (mostly males with their gorgeous colors)
One Bald Eagle perching proudly off the main road
One Swallow-tailed Kite doing its maneuvers in the air
Echo Pond
A dozen or so Black-necked Stilts looking ready for breeding soon (can see the deeper pink legs).
9 American Avocets (mostly non-breeding colors)
Heard White-eyed Vireos in several spots around the park
One Single White Pelican
Ospreys were going wild at Flamingo chasing each other and calling out from their usual posts around the area
One single Spotted Sandpiper
Several Great Crested Flycatchers calling about
Did not see other migratory birds
Long Pine Key I had:
Downy Woodpeckers
Eastern Towhee
Prairie Warblers
American Redstarts
White-eyed Vireos

Had some other sweet birds from last week on the Gulf side of the state while taking care of some business. Don't worry, you can figure it out which ones:) As I find some time I will post others.
