Thanks everyone for sharing your experiences. Sounds like a camping trip to Flamingo should go on my "to do" list ASAP.

I'm still keeping an eye on Deering Hammock too, even though I don't know how reliable that boy's report of the orange-glowing fireflies is. One runs into some strange folk down by the dock :)
