Toe's suggestions are spot-on, especially along CR 905. Check around the hurricane monument in Islamorada and along the frontage road. If you still need it and you're around Key Biscayne in late afternoon, ~5-8 birds come in to roost at the south end of Crandon Gardens. Aerojet Road in summer is filled with White-crowned Pigeons, due to fruiting Poisonwood trees.
