Your larger scat looks like coyote to me. I see bear scat all the time around my office at Wekiwa Springs SP and it tends to look different. It's larger diameter, softer, and usually forms "piles" instead of the well formed scat like yours. Your photo also looks like there is a fair amount of hair in it. Bear scat can have hair but more often it has acorn bits, palmetto fruit pits, and seeds. I'm not sure about the smaller scat.
