Yes I'd agree on Brown-crested Flycatcher. It's tough to i.d. myiarchus type flycatchers sometimes because they have so many different calls. I don't have experience with Brown-crested or Ash-throated, but I do know that the Brown-crested has a two note call. The bird in Trey's pictures also has a little too much yellow to be Ash-throated, and bill is fairly large as you can see in the last pictures. I want to check this bird out tomorrow if I can.
