One last try at Black Point.

Immature Bald Eagle was sitting on a snag just on the other side of the channel.

This Herring Gull hung around so long that I decided to take a picture.

This Ring Billed Gull was in some pretty good light.

Am I an Ash-throated Flycatcher?

I give up, it must be a Brown Crested Flycatcher.

To know for sure you either need to see the dark trim around the tip of the
tail to confirm it as an Ash-throated if it were an adult or hear the call and
know the difference.

I'm happy with a Brown Crested Flycatcher, but I still think that is only a
guess. It is more likely that it is a Brown Crested because of the rarity of the
Ash-throated, but how can we know for sure it is a Brown Crested with out a
call.
