It's a photo of an ATFL that Jeff Bouton submitted as CBC documentation on the Zellwood--Mount Dora CBC. You cansee how wide is the dark border to the tail. In my (limited) experience, all ASh-throateds show this mark. The bird in your pic shows a very narrow border that _might_ be just shading or some lighting artifact. On the other hand, I could be wrong -- the last new photo you submitted shows what appears to be a somewhat saller, less bulky bill compared to some of your other pix -- identifying birds from photos is often more difficult than in the field.

Since Jeff submitted his pix as docuentation, then I hope that he won't mind that I sent you the photo to post on your site to link to the TAS Bird Board, especially since the photo is clearly credited to him. (I don't know what to make of the pale pink feet and the black legs; 'm home for the holidays and have no field guides here, but I don't ever remember seeing that before).
