I looked in Stevenson & Anderson, and then checked FOSFOC reports. The Buff-bellied's previously reported seen in Miami-Dade were all in the fall. Since today is June 1, this is officially considered a summer sighting. There are previous summer reports of White-rumped's in Miami-Dade, but not recently.
