A banner day at the "Turkish Bath" in my side yard today. Three male buntings, 5 female buntings, one black & White warbler and suspected two yellow throated vireos all lined up on the bird bath and adjacent bushes. Opening the "blind" drapes spooked all of them so pictures of the vireos will have to wait.
Are Yellow throated vireos possible so early this far south? If so, that is a first, a lifer for me.
The yellow was quite pronounced and the birds were smaller than the buntings
