With 6 weeks till the end of the year, here is a list of birds I'm wishing for. Not all of them, but 4-6 out of this list would be nice.

-Greater White-fronted Goose (considering I've only seen 1 in Dade..)
-Brant (don't have this in the county, only Monroe)
-Eurasian Wigeon (I found the first and only for Dade, so chances are 1:100000000000000000)
-Cinammon Teal (need this for the state)
-Canasback (again, only seen once in County)
-Greater Scaup (ditto)
-Common Eider (am I the only one that sees a pattern here?)
-Long-tailed Duck (still batting 1000, only one seen in the county)
-Bufflehead (finally, an easy one, ha ha)
-Hooded Merganser (If I miss this I will quit birding)
-Red-throated Loon (we're back with the one-timers again)
-Sooty Shearwater (why not, they had one from shore yesterday up north)
-Manx Shearwater (we got it for the Miami CBC last year)
-Crested Caracara (was seen regularly around LH a couple years ago)
-Yellow or Black Rail (sneaky, evil little birds)
-Virginia Rail (should be easier than it is)
-Marbled Godwit (this is what happens when you don't have the right habitat)
-Glaucous Gull (saw one at Black Pt. that Jeff Weber found in '05)
-Short-eared Owl (was regular at LH until the place got overgrown)
-Cassin's Kingbird (would be a county first for me)
-Red-breasted Nuthatch (would be state bird)
-Ruby-crowned Kinglet (in any other county, just throw a rock)
-Golden-crowned Kinglet (I would expect Resplendent Quetzal before this one)
-Townsend's Warbler (have seen two in Dade)
-Black-throated Gray Warbler (saw 1 at Sadowski)
-Field Sparrow (county 1st for me, have it in Monroe)
-Vesper Sparrow (used to be regular at LH, not so anymore)
-La Conte's Sparrow (have seen twice)
-Song Sparrow (common anywhere else on the planet, except here)
-White-throated Sparrow (it's about time, really)
-Dark-eyed Junco (this one has been found along the main ENP road!)
-Lapland Longspur (actually, any longspur will do!)
-Dickcissel (when I don't need one, I find 3)

This isn't too much to ask for it it? Please report any from the above asap.
