Hmmm...obviously it is always tough tell from a single picture, but are you sure that the "Parasitic Jaeger" isn't a Peregrine Falcon? I've been fooled before by peregrines out over the water, and that species was my first thought when seeing your picture. I'd be interested in seeing a couple of more pictures...
