Probable Swainson's Hawk Tall Cypress

Bruce P and I went back and forth on this bird, seen soaring over Tall Cypress this morning. After poring over all my guides, I am pretty sure this was a Swainson's based on the underwing pattern, bright white underside, and clear brownish collar and throat area with no hint of a belly band. Feel free to send suggestions if this is off the mark :)
