Oddly enough in 2008 on my first visit to Tortuas I posted an immature hawk with blue eyes and big pearl shaped marks. Search blue-eyed hawk friedel. One person thought Broad-winged and one Swainson's. Click next for another photo of hawk and prev/next for the series. Thanks!
