Hi Valerie,
Your bird shows too little eyering to be a Least. It also shows very long primary extension -- the length of the primary tips past the secondaries and tertials. Identifying birds from a single photograph is often unwise, but I would offer Eastern Wood-Pewee as an alternate ID.
