Justin, I'm usually birding there in the morning -anywhere from 7:30-10 - depending on my schedule. I occasionally meet my wife there after she gets off work (about the same 4:30-5:30 timeframe) and rarely see very much. I guess this means I'll have to stop blaming her ;).
