Either sharp-tailed sparrow would show more color, so Seaside is the only possibility.
Apparently the juvenile plumage is poorly known, and we can't really be sure whether it is maritimus or macgillivraii (the two Atlantic races).
The color is wrong for Cape Sable, and they are too sedentary to get to Palm Beach (or even Broward).
I don't think the color fits the gulf subspecies very well, but again, there is little information on juveniles.
I'm not sure why you put a Dusky tag on it. Those are extinct.
