Now it's too much water. Although the previously productive area on Brown's Farm Road is dry, the areas on Gladeview Road are calf-high to a Great Blue Heron. The one near the yellow barrier (about 2 miles in) is actively being filled. The ditch near the road is now one body of water with the field. Fields at the beginning of Gladeview had a few shorebirds in them until a passing rainstorm increased the water level. This might be the best place for next week's field trip.
