Stopped at the wetlands at both 8:30am and 1:00pm. There were around 60-70 gulls both times. Most were laughing and there were about 6-8 Lesser Black Backed Gulls.

I scanned the group with 10X50s but you really need a scope now to be able to see much detail. I saw no good cadidates for a Black Capped Gull. I am going to keep looking, but I have to get me a scope soon.
