Stopped by for a minute around noon to see what's about. There were few if any shorebirds. Close to the east side of the wetlands (SW 97 Ave.) there was a probable Common Black-headed Gull. It was near a large flock of Laughing Gulls, but separate from them. The bird looks like a Bonaparte's Gull, but it has a red bill with black tip, as opposed to the Bonaparte's entirely black bill. It's also a little larger. It also has the black ear patch. As I left, the entire flock flew east towards the development, but i'm sure they'll be back. I left Trey a message in hopes he can stop by and photograph it. Good luck.
