Don't give it too much thought. It's a young Prairie Warbler. Grayish head, yellow underside, faint streaking on the breast is visible in the photo, despite the poor quality. Common Yellowthroat would not have this much yellow on the belly. Young Prairies do not show the heavy black on the face, but do have grayish around the eyes and face. Check out photos on juvenile Prairies online and you'll see.
Now if you want to see something really interesting, check out this young keys race prairie warbler from Card Sound Rd. Imagine seeing this for the first time not knowing what it is.
