Thanks to our leader John Boyd, I had a great time birding with the TAS gang. I had to leave early, but before I did I decided to run down to Royal Palm Parking lot where I found nothing but rain. I decided to quickly drive down Research Rd. because Alex reminded me I might see Nuthatches in that area.

I didn't see nuthatches, but I did see my first Prothonotary Warbler. Yeah another life bird.
