I hit Green Cay around 12:30 to 2:30pm or so, and did notice a few warblers starting to pop up. I got some nice encounters with several yellow-throated warblers to the west of the chickee hut, mixed in with brown thrashers, blue jays, and cardinals. A nice male sat out in the open and let me get some nice shots of him. I also spotted a mostly yellow bird with darker wings with white barring and a fairly prominent yellow eye ring or line...I think it was a pine warbler. A black-throated blue warbler was in my backyard Sunday as well. And an as-yet unidentified warbler or vireo was spotted at Wakodahatchee - unfortunately I only got a blurry photo of it out of focus behind some branches, but I'll post it up in hopes someone can verify what it is - it will take me tonight or tomorrow night to load and sort through the photos.
